Employee Scheduling

This optional module allows employees to update their availability, request time or, view schedules from the web, e-mail and cell phones, and trade shifts with other employees. Managers can drastically reduce the time they spend on scheduling, use sales forecasts to minimize labor costs and monitor overtime.

Inventory Management

This optional module helps control inventory costs by tracking purchase orders, invoices, waste, and weekly usage. Use the dashboard to monitor vendor invoices to ensure they are adhering to the contract prices. Our enterprise recipe management system enables restaurants to monitor ideal usage amounts and suggest order quantities.

POS Intelligence

This optional module allows each restaurant to set up multiple reporting hierarchies, so different users can view the information they want for all of the businesses without creating separate reports for each store. It is a powerful data warehouse and business intelligence system that is easily accessed via a web-browser.

Dig Deep and track issues. With our drill-down reporting system, you start with a general summary of your entire organization, and can then move through levels of detail, all the way to the check level. On each level of the report, key details can be clicked to focus on just that item, allowing you to quickly traverse information trail.

Best of all, report subscriptions allow you to save a customized report as a subscription, and it is automatically emailed to you, your managers, or groups within your organization, at the intervals you choose.
